Don Griffin has joined Waterstone Mortgage as a senior loan officer in the firm’s Madison, Wisc., branch.
Griffin has more than 20 years of industry experience. He has the skills and knowledge to help a wide range of clients – including first-time home buyers, seasoned home buyers, individuals who are building a home or those who are purchasing an investment property, the company says in a release.
Waterstone Mortgage offers a broad range of products for purchases and refinances, including Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Affairs, U.S. Department of Agriculture and conventional loans, one-time close construction financing, bank portfolio lending products, jumbo products, and condo financing. The firm is also a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae approved lender.
