Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, real estate owned property maintenance, valuations, and title and settlement services for the financial services industry, has formed MCS Solutions to incorporate the company’s valuations, title services and steel security product line.
Further, MCS has promoted Chad Mosley, previously senior vice president, to chief operating officer of MCS Solutions. In this role, Mosley will assume executive responsibility for MCS valuations, MCS title and vacant property security.
MCS will continue the company’s field services work under the leadership of John Maxwell, chief operating officer.
Mosley joined MCS in 2008 as assistant vice president of business development. He was later promoted to senior vice president, overseeing new business development efforts, industry relations initiatives and corporate expansion.
