National real estate finance services provider Matt Martin Real Estate Management (MMREM) has changed its name to Chronos Solutions and, accordingly, updated its brand.
Frisco, Texas-based Chronos Solutions, per the announcement, is a technology-enabled real estate finance services provider offering comprehensive solutions for mortgage lenders, federal agencies, government-sponsored enterprises, mortgage servicers and real estate portfolio investors.
The company's offerings include advisory and consulting; title and settlement; valuation; acquisitions; homeowners association solutions; real estate owned management and disposition; auction; and accelerated marketing and field services.
‘We felt that MMREM no longer conveyed the true breadth of our firm's capabilities. We were known for some of our services; however, much of the market was unaware that the firm is much larger and diverse in its offering,’ says Matt Martin, co-founder and CEO of Chronos Solutions. ‘Chronos Solutions is a much better representation of our national reach and comprehensive offerings and will position us to extend our client base across the board.’
