Joanne Posen recently joined Gateway Mortgage Group, a privately held mortgage company offering originations, servicing and correspondent lending, as a regional sales manager to serve the Texas and New Mexico markets.
Posen has 33 years of mortgage banking experience. She has worked in correspondent lending since 1985. Previously, she served as vice president of correspondent lending for Charter Bank, where she grew overall production to nearly $800 million annually.
More recently, she worked as a senior account manager with Cornerstone Home Lending, where she was responsible for producing monthly volume in excess of $40 million in the New Mexico, Texas and southern Colorado markets.
