DocMagic Inc., a provider of loan document preparation, compliance, e-sign and e-delivery solutions to the mortgage industry, has added Gavin T. Ales to the company as chief compliance officer (CCO).
As CCO, Ales manages DocMagic's library of mortgage loan documents, monitors legal and regulatory changes, and maintains the company's automated compliance tests and audits.
Previously, Ales served as the deputy CCO at Prospect Mortgage, where he gained experience with mortgage banking compliance; federal and state regulatory compliance; financial services law; real estate law; and consumer credit law.
