Tom Rice has been named vice president, national account representative, at ClosingCorp, a provider of residential real estate closing cost data and technology for the mortgage and real estate services industries.
Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Rice was business development manager for the Southwest region at Optimal Blue Secondary Services. He was also sales director at Veros Real Estate Solutions, Southwest regional account manager at Black Knight Financial services, Southwest regional account manager at CalyxSoftware, and premier client manager at Bank of America.
In his new role, Rice will identify, develop and maintain business relationships, as well as manage the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through closure.
