Cade Holleman, formerly of American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN), has joined U.S. REO Partners Inc., a national trade association representing real estate-owned (REO) brokers, mortgage servicers, default services law firms, as well as other ancillary service providers in the mortgage servicing industry, as executive director.
Holleman previously served as vice president of government affairs and communications for the ALFN and as executive director for the National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses (NAWRB).
In his new role, Holleman will manage the day-to-day operations of U.S. REO Partners, including its staff, events and programming, through his Washington, D.C.-based organization, SQFT, which has contracted with USREOP in a long-term management deal.
“USREOP has an admirable philosophy that puts its members and clients first, brings together the most experienced and highest rated industry professionals, and helps them to better navigate the changing real estate, servicing, and mortgage landscape,” Holleman says in a release. “I’m excited to work in an environment well-suited for growing our base of membership and offering new events, partnerships, and services that will deepen our impact with members and the industry at large.”
