Mortgage industry veteran Lynn Effinger has joined ZVN Properties Inc., a field services company, as executive vice president of business development.
Most recently, Effinger was business development manager for Assurant Field Asset Services, the field services business unit of Assurant Inc., a Fortune 500 company with assets valued at more than $29 billion. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Great Western Bank, Washington Mutual, and Citicorp Trust Bank. He has also served as senior vice president of Olympus Asset Management and director of REO services for one of the nation's largest field services providers.

Lysikowski also notes that Effinger is an accomplished public speaker, writer of countless articles on housing and mortgage servicing-related subjects, and is the author of the memoir, ‘Believe to Achieve – The Power of Perseverance.’
