SalesEdge, meanwhile, offers lead management capabilities that help lenders manage high volumes of incoming leads from various online and direct marketing efforts. Using the solution's configurable workflow and rules engine, lenders can control how leads are distributed and assigned.
In addition, SalesEdge's CRM functionality gives lenders the ability to develop and manage their long-term referral sources, classify partners by productivity levels or business type, and monitor the status of any referred lead, as well as create and schedule marketing campaigns.
