Williston Financial Group (WFG), a Portland, Ore.-based title insurance company and real estate services provider, has promoted Steve Ozonian to president and chief operating officer (COO) as part of its efforts to accelerate company growth and deliver high-quality digital real estate services.

Prior to this promotion, Ozonian served on WFG's board of directors for three years. As president and COO, he will focus on creating a new set of real estate-related services and technology that will reduce the time and cost of real estate transactions while increasing transparency and control for the lender, Realtor and consumer.

Ozonian has extensive operational experience, including previously serving as a senior executive at Chicago Title & Trust, executive vice president at Coldwell Banker, chairman and CEO at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, and CEO at realtor.com.

‘[Ozonian] has an unparalleled track record in growing real estate services through the use of new technology, ingenuity and creativity and brings an understanding of market dynamics that will help WFG position itself for the future of the industry,’ says Patrick Stone, WFG's chairman and CEO.
