Velocify, a provider of sales acceleration software, reports that more than 125 mortgage lenders to date have taken advantage of its integration with Ellie Mae’s Encompass loan origination system.
Expanded last year, the integration allows lenders to order Velocify’s solutions directly through Encompass to increase sales, while driving quality and efficiency in the loan origination, Velocify says in a release.
Today, half of the top 30 largest loan originators and banks in the U.S. use Velocify, the firm reports. Top lenders leveraging the platform include Guaranteed Rate and Caliber Home Loans.
Mike Eshelman, vice president of marketing at First Direct Lending, says the integration between Encompass and Velocify has been instrumental in helping his loan consultants focus on having a true benefit-based sales conversation with their borrowers.
“The Velocify integration gives First Direct Lending easy access to Encompass data so we can help borrowers understand different financing scenarios and monthly payment options,” Eshelman says.
The integration between the two critical systems also makes automated workflow a breeze.
“The data that synchronizes instantly from Encompass to Velocify triggers different workflows and call strategies,” Eshelman says. “Usually this type of integration can take months and enormous efforts from the IT department, but with Velocify it was simple and fast.”
