TruHome Solutions, a credit union-owned, full-service mortgage company, servicer and subservicer headquartered in Lenexa, Kan., has signed a seven-year contract for Black Knight Financial Services’ LoanSphere MSP loan servicing system.
“MSP’s robust functionality will help us deliver exceptional service to our client credit unions and their members,” says Doug Hoelscher, president of TruHome Solutions, in a release. “Additionally, the system’s proven track record and continuous enhancements to support evolving regulatory requirements were very important considerations for our decision.”
Because the Web-based system is automatically updated, it will help TruHome Solutions more easily meet ever-changing regulatory and investor requirements. In addition, the system’s scalability will help the company handle additional volume as it grows.
TruHome Solutions is using MSP in conjunction with other Black Knight solutions, including LoanSphere Loan Boarding, which offers functionality to automate the loan setup process; Customer CareNet, an online solution that gives borrowers instant access to their mortgage information; and Director, MSP’s graphical interface for users.
The company is also using Black Knight’s iDisburse, a fully automated check-printing solution for reviewing, printing and auditing disbursements; Passport, a browser-based ad hoc query solution that accesses loan portfolio data housed on MSP; and Web Direct, which provides online access to loan information for approved third parties.
