StreetLinks National Appraisal Services has acquired majority ownership in Corvisa LLC, a mortgage software and appraisal management technology firm. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The CorvisaOne mortgage management suite includes appraisal management, business intelligence analytics, closing calendar management and payment processing, among other features, according to Corvisa.
StreetLinks CEO Steve Haslam says the two companies are in the process of developing a suite of new valuation products that will be released throughout next year.
