MDA DataQuick, a division of MDA Lending Solutions, has partnered with the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR). MDA DataQuick is offering its property-data tools to more than 7,000 members of California's oldest and Northern California's largest real estate association.
According to SCCAOR and MDA DataQuick, there were 25% more homes for sale in Santa Clara County in last month than in July 2009, and the condominium and townhome inventory has shot up 43%.
‘Providing a cost-effective data tool for obtaining complete, quality property information enables SCCAOR and its members to best serve the housing needs of Santa Clara County," says John Walsh, president of MDA DataQuick.
The partnership allows SCCAOR members to select MDA DataQuick PropertyFinder 2G to search single or multiple properties with a diverse range of functions such as text, document or Google Maps search. Search results are presented in customizable, professional reports and sales comparables that can include a cover page, photos, Web links and notations, MDA DataQuick says.
The data providers recently announced a partnership with the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) to provide property data to its members in San Diego.
