RATA Associates, based in Longwood, Fla., has made available the 2009 HMDA/CRA Data for its Comply Peer-2-Peer, a Web-based tool designed to help institutions gauge how their lending activities compare and rank with competitive institutions' lending activities.
According to the company, institutions can analyze Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and Community Reinvestment Act data using various criteria, including geographic location and loan volume. Lenders can also directly compare themselves with specific competitive institutions. Comply Peer-2-Peer generates different types of reports based on the institution's needs, including top peers, ranking, market share, pricing and spatial assessment, the company adds.
