Mortgage lending software company ProLender Solutions Inc. has enhanced its Work Queues loan processing and underwriting tool to allow both managers and staff to efficiently manage loan workflow from initial web submission through underwriting.
‘The Work Queues intelligently track where the loan file is in the workflow from the time it's submitted online by the loan officer until it's cleared for docs by the underwriter,’ says Kevin Roczey, president of ProLender Solutions. ‘The way the logic has been developed, it ensures the file is accounted for throughout the setup, processing and underwriting process.’
Built-in logic automatically provides a pipeline of loans that require attention, which enables every loan to easily be monitored, the company says. Users never have to print a pipeline report or manually keep a list of loans, and managers also benefit from having an easy way to identify loans that may be overlooked by their staff.
