Kyle Eddy has joined the team at Primary Capital Mortgage, a residential mortgage lender and servicer in more than 40 states, as senior vice president for consumer direct operations.
With 25 years of customer care experience in the mortgage, finance, insurance and telecom industries, Eddy will be responsible for all customer-facing, consumer-direct operations, including the development and management of a dedicated service organization for client care.

Prior to joining Primary Capital, Eddy served as director of call center operations at Assurant Specialty Property, a financial and property casualty insurance provider. He also held customer care positions at CoreLogic, Verizon Communications and Anderson Financial Network.
