Rachelle Magolan has been promoted to bankruptcy department manager at Potestivo & Associates PC.
Magolan, who has more than 10 years of experience within the bankruptcy field, began at Potestivo & Associates as a bankruptcy coordinator and was later promoted to supervisor of the firm's Michigan bankruptcy department. She was most recently promoted to bankruptcy department manager and currently manages and supervises the firm's Michigan and Illinois bankruptcy teams.
During her tenure at Potestivo & Associates, Magolan has learned about all aspects of the bankruptcy process, and she uses that knowledge daily to provide customer service to the firm's clients. She is also registered with The Consumer Bankruptcy Association.
