, Calif.-based valuation company PCV Murcor is sponsoring a charity event that benefits The Five Acres Boys' and Girls' Aid Society of Los Angeles County. Originally founded as an orphanage in 1888, Five Acres now offers an array of services for children and families, including residential care and education, mental helath services, foster care and adoptions, and domestic violence prevention. PCV Murcor has been named "Emerald Underwriter" for the 2009 Swinging' on a Star benefit. "We are very excited to be a part of the Five Acres 2009 event, and to assist children and families in Southern California," says PCV Murcor and VRM CEO Keith Murray.
