PCLender.com, a Web-based software and services provider to midsized mortgage bankers and financial institutions, says it added contracts with six lenders in August and September. Lenders in California, Oklahoma, Utah and Tennessee have signed implementation agreements.
The PCLender.com's imaging component includes Web-based document storage that allows users with assigned access to the system to load and view documents via a hosted system. All stored document images are linked both to loan status and conditions specific to a loan's requirements. The system allows management to assign security rights to view, load or clear documents based on a user's role in the transaction.
The company notes that one of the lenders, Tennessee-based wholesale lender Acopia Capital Group, chose PCLender.com's software because of its integration capabilities. Acopia has been using Optimal Blue's pricing engine since March; PCLender.com has been integrated with that platform since 2007.
