PartnerFirst LLC and ServiceLink have formed a partnership to provide servicers a streamlined short-sale solution through the ServiceLink Short Sale Agent Network, the companies say.
PartnerFirst provides national servicers and default service providers an outsourcing solution called the Agent Management Services Platform, which includes real estate agent training and Pre-Foreclosure Specialist Certification, custom client education modules, short-sale lead distribution management, as well as a ‘Find an Agent’ homeowner referral database.
Through the partnership, ServiceLink's clients can refer defaulting homeowners to select a certified real estate agent from the Short Sale Agent Network to help them streamline the short-sale process.
