Parkside Lending Hires Three For Key Roles

Gail Dolton has joined Parkside Lending, a national wholesale and correspondent lender, as general counsel.

Dolton brings more than 20 years of industry experience to her position. Her background includes roles as general counsel with BondDesk Group, Rex & Co., and several real estate and consumer lending divisions of Transamerica Corp.

In her new role, Dolton will be responsible for all of Parkside's legal affairs, including the areas of corporate governance, contracts and intellectual property. She is also a member of the Parkside executive team and works closely with Parkside's compliance, audit and vendor management functions.

In addition, Laurie Spira has joined Parkside Lending as chief compliance officer.

Spira has about 16 years of industry experience in policies and procedures, project management, risk management, and compliance for a variety of lenders. Most recently, she was the chief compliance officer at DocMagic, a mortgage technology solution provider.

In her new role, Spira is responsible for managing Parkside's compliance management system and ensuring it is integrated into the overall framework for product design, delivery and administration.

Jo-Ann Krueger has also joined Parkside Lending as closing manager.

Krueger has about 30 years of experience in retail, wholesale and correspondent lending, including work in processing, underwriting, compliance and closing management.

In her new role, Krueger will be responsible for managing closings and funding personnel, as well as Parkside's Lisle, Ill., office.
