Oak Grove Capital, a St. Paul, Minn.-based provider of commercial real estate lending services, has named Jeff Patton (pictured left) managing director of conventional and market-rate housing, with a focus on multifamily originations. Patton was previously senior vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he was in charge of the company's agency-lending operations.
Separately, Oak Grove Capital has hired Brian T. Kelleher to lead the firm's Federal Housing Administration platform. He will be based in a new office in Columbus, Ohio. Kelleher was previously chief financial officer for AMI Capital Inc.
