LoyaltyExpress, a provider of marketing automation and cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for mortgage companies and banks, has released its CustomerManager 6.0 solution, an enhanced version of its original CRM platform.
This new release expands on the company's current integration with Ellie Mae's Encompass mortgage management solution and improves compliance controls for loan officer-generated content.
Further, marketing campaigns can now be automated to distribute timely trigger-based emails. This intelligent marketing substantially improves capture rates and results in more successfully closed loans for CustomerManager users.
