National Creditors Connection Inc. (NCCI), a provider of field contact and on-site inspection services, has expanded its borrower-contact options to help support servicers' loss mitigation initiatives.
The Lake Forest, Calif.-based company develops customized contact programs in tandem with servicing managers. Frequently requested services include obtaining loan modification signatures, conducting modification document reviews and verifying tenancy, NCCI says.
The company has also begun offering services relating to the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), such as assisting borrowers who have received, but not completed, HAMP modification packets. Once the packet is completed and the modified three-month payment trial period begins, NCCI can also run field calls or use mobile notaries to keep the borrower paying and the trial successful.
