National Quick Sale Announces S.A.F.E. Program

0

National Quick Sale, a division of National Infusion Technologies, has started a new program meant to boost short-sale awareness in instances where Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) modifications cannot be executed.

Under the S.A.F.E. program, HAMP declination letters inform borrowers about the alternative solution of undergoing a short sale. The S.A.F.E. notification directs borrowers to National Quick Sale's Web site or its U.S.-based call center for assistance in getting their home listed, marketed and sold before the foreclosure process is finalized.Â

When borrowers contact the company upon receiving their declination letters, National Quick Sale begins the data- and document-collection process. If the borrowers do not contact National Quick Sale within three days after the denial letter is sent, an outbound call campaign is initiated to reach the borrowers to explain the S.A.F.E. option.
