Terence Crane has joined Mortgage Network Inc., one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the eastern U.S., as a loan officer in the company's Conshohocken, Pa., branch.
Crane has more than 11 years of mortgage banking experience. He recently served as loan originator for a local community bank.
In his new role, Crane will be responsible for serving the home financing needs of home buyers and homeowners throughout the Philadelphia area.
In a release, Crane says prices are affordable in the Philadelphia market and interest rates are still very low, so there are plenty of opportunities for borrowers in the area.
