CRMnow has released a new version of its Mortgage iQ CRM solution that features “improved efficiencies and an all-new look and feel.”
New functionality includes “quick action” menus that allow users to perform tasks from their pipeline list views with a single click, including logging calls, dispositioning leads, sending tailored email templates, viewing reports such as marketing track history and more.
The company says the new version also caters to the concept of “PRM” – Partner Relationship Management. Mortgage iQ CRM has been enhanced to “strengthen and cultivate” the connections and relationships among real estate agents, loan officers and lenders.
