Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, real estate owned property maintenance and valuations to the financial services industry, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Plano, Texas, to neighboring Lewisville.
The company expects to complete the move this summer.
The new 120,000-square-foot facility is 50,000 square feet larger than the company’s Plano headquarters. While the old building housed roughly 450 employees, the new facility can accommodate a workforce of up to 720.
“This move allows MCS to continue to grow and serve our clients,” says Caroline Reaves, CEO of MCS. “The proximity to major highways and DFW Airport will promote our ability to service clients nationwide and enhance our mission to protect and preserve communities across the country.”
MCS was represented in the move by David Wetherington, executive vice president at Colliers International in Dallas.
