Tampa, Fla.-based Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a property preservation and inspection services provider, says that to accommodate its explosive growth, it has significantly increased its office space in Dallas and Tampa.
In addition to the expansion, MCS has grown its domestic client base and broadened its array of services to include additional real estate owned activity and asset disposition services.
MCS doubled its office space and moved the corporate headquarters to the Bank of America tower in downtown Tampa. The company's Dallas operations also doubled its square footage. So far this year, MCS has hired approximately 92 employees and added several key staff members. In the second quarter of this year, MCS brought several new customers on board, which has opened up approximately 37 new positions company wide.
