St. Louis-based Millsap & Singer LLC has been awarded two excellence in service awards by Lender Processing Services (LPS) Default Solutions.
The firm, a provider of legal representation in Missouri and Kansas, was awarded the Service Excellence Award for Foreclosure in Missouri and the Performance Excellence Award for Bankruptcy in Missouri.
The former award distinguishes a firm that demonstrates the highest standards of communication, partnership and overall customer service to LPS Default Solutions and its clients, while the latter award recognizes firms that have maintained "Green" status in either LPS' foreclosure or bankruptcy attorney report scorecard for 12 consecutive months.
