Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a property preservation and inspection services provider, says it ended 2008 with increased revenue, a significantly larger employee base and expanded office space. In addition to increasing its office space in Dallas and Tampa, Fla., MCS has grown its client base and broadened its array of services to include additional REO services.
MCS doubled its Tampa office space and moved its corporate headquarters to the Bank of America tower downtown, while the Dallas operations doubled its square footage. MCS grew its employee base by 73%, adding several key staff members. In the second quarter of 2008, MCS added several new customers. The company also enhanced its MCS360 platform with real-time delivery of inspection information.
Additionally, the company has further leveraged a .NET platform and Web services architecture to directly integrate and promote interoperability with its clients' systems.
