McGlinchey Stafford Expands Florida Footprint, Adds Attorneys

McGlinchey Stafford PLLC has opened a new office in Jacksonville, Fla., expanding the firm's presence to nine offices in six states. The Florida office is also home to three new attorneys: Mark New, Carter Burgess and JoAnn Kucklick.

New represents mortgage lenders, banks and other financial services clients in consumer financial services litigation and in real estate litigation, where he handles commercial evictions and premises liability claims.

Burgess serves financial services clients in various facets of consumer financial services litigation, including creditors' rights, business, real estate and general civil litigation.

Kucklick previously served at Merrill Lynch Credit Corp. as senior attorney and director for eight years, and has also worked in-house with Bombardier Capital Inc. Kucklick has experience in all aspects of mortgage lending and real estate transactions, including litigation, bankruptcy and regulatory compliance.
