The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) has presented Guy Johnson, president of Irvine, Calif.-based Johnson Capital Group Inc., with its first ever ‘Be A Leader’ Award at the trade group's 23rd annual Commercial Real Estate Finance/Multifamily Housing Convention & Expo.
Johnson was recognized for his work in the commercial and multifamily real estate finance industry. Since 1997, Johnson has been a participating member on numerous MBA committees, serving most recently as vice chairman of MBA's Origination Council. Johnson also serves as a board member of the UCLA Richard S. Ziman Center for Real Estate and has been a member of the University of Southern California's Lusk School Board of Advisors.
