Marianne Lake To Become CFO At JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase & Co. has promoted Marianne Lake from chief financial officer (CFO) of its consumer and community banking business to CFO for the company and a member of its Operating Committee, effective early next year. She will succeed Doug Braunstein, who will become a vice chairman of the company.

Lake had previously served as JPMorgan Chase's global controller of the Investment Bank from 2007 to 2009. From 2004 to 2007, she was in the bank's corporate finance group, where she managed global finance infrastructure and controls functions. Prior to 2004, she was the senior financial officer for the company, based in the U.K.
