Yvonne Thompson has been promoted to vice president of human resources at LRES, a provider of residential and commercial valuations and asset management services.
Thompson began working at LRES in 2001 as a human resources and accounting manager. Most recently, she worked as director of human resources, where she oversaw recruitment, employee compensation and benefits, and ensured company compliance with government regulations. Before joining LRES, she was a senior account representative at Bank of America.
In her new role, Thompson is responsible for developing and implementing internal policies that further strengthen the strategic direction of the company, while also overseeing staffing strategies that identify and cultivate talent. She continues to play a key role in developing LRES' corporate culture, effectively utilizing human capital within the company to further its vision and mission.
Earlier this month, LRES announced that it had promoted Susheel Mantha to the position of chief financial officer and Don Mask to the role of chief administration officer and chairman.
