New York-based Loews Hotels & Resorts has promoted Troy Furbay to chief investment officer, responsible for leading the company's property acquisitions, real estate development and capital raising.
Furbay joined Loews Hotels & Resorts in 2010 as executive vice president of acquisitions and development. Before joining Loews, Furbay was senior vice president of acquisitions and development for Kimpton Hotels.
