loanDepot reports that it has opened a new brick-and-mortar retail location in New City, N.Y.
The opening of the new location is part of the company’s ongoing effort to expand its retail footprint in upstate New York.
In a release, loanDepot expresses optimism about the upstate New York markets, saying in a release, “Housing trends made this the right time to move into the area.”
As of December, the median sales price for a home in New City was about $535,000, up 14% from a year earlier, loanDepot reports.
Dan Moschetti and Matthew Reid are the branch managers for the new location. Other workers in the new office include Jonathan Coccia, Ann Marie Manfredi, Alicia McKean and Todd Newman.
