Non-bank mortgage lender loanDepot Inc. has launched its consumer experience and product development team with the addition of Tim Von Kaenel as chief product officer, Rick Medeiros as chief digital officer and Helen Wang as head of consumer experience.

Prior to joining loanDepot, Von Kaenel spent more than 20 years focused on product management with start-up and Fortune 500 companies in the software, wireless broadcast and financial services industries. Most recently, he served as managing director at Outset Ventures LLC.
Medeiros most recently served as executive director at Lenovo, where he oversaw end-to-end strategy for the digital user experience and marketing campaigns. With 20 years of experience, Medeiros previously led the digital and user experiences for brands including Intuit, AT&T Wireless and Dell Computers.
Wang spent 20 years focused on consumer marketing strategy and analytics, product management and innovation in consumer lending, and consumer credit card acquisition. Most recently, she served as head of marketing strategy for Hyundai Capital America, where she developed and oversaw all consumer and dealer marketing programs.
