Rumson, N.J.-based Loan Value Group LLC (LVG) has selected DMi Partners Inc., a full-service interactive marketing and e-business management firm, as a strategic partner to manage customer outreach for its Responsible Homeowner (RH) Reward program, including online and offline direct marketing tactics.
‘DMi's extensive background in directly engaging a wide range of consumers is a critical element in this assignment,’ says Jason MacRae, executive vice president of LVG. ‘In addition to its proven online and offline direct marketing tools, DMi will also provide Loan Value Group with the creative design, search engine optimization, hosting and data management needed to support the rapid growth of the RH Reward program."
RH Reward provides cash payments to eligible homeowners affected by negative equity who remain current on their mortgages. Borrowers are pre-selected by the owners of their mortgage, and there is no cost to the borrower, LVG explains. The amount of individual "reward" depends on several factors, including the size of the mortgage and its current loan-to-value ratio.
