Kevin Cooke has joined LenderLive Network Inc., a domestic-based, end-to-end mortgage services provider, as senior vice president of business development for the company's loan servicing division.
Cooke has more than 15 years of executive experience in the mortgage banking industry. Most recently, he was managing director at Carrington Investment Services, a vertically integrated real estate and mortgage company, where he was responsible for leading client relationships and business development efforts across the organization.
Previously, he was senior vice president of sales and business development at AMS Servicing, a national special servicer for residential and small balance commercial mortgages. Prior to AMS, he was senior vice president at Mortgage Outreach Services Group Inc., a residential mortgage component servicer. He began his career as a trader at Banc of America Specialist Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America, Inc.
In his new role, Cooke will be responsible for developing new client relationships and supporting existing ones for LenderLive's loan servicing division. He will report directly to Dave Vida, president of the servicing division.
