Lend America was recently made the first lender in the country to [link=http://www.mortgageorb.com/e107_plugins/content/content_lt.php?content.3488]receive approval[/link] from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to underwrite, close and insure H4H loan transactions without prior HUD review. Lend America launched the new ad campaign with the tagline ‘Relief Comes In The Form Of Hope’ in the national print edition of The New York Times yesterday, and the print ad will also run nationally in The Washington Post, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal and Newsday over the next week. In addition, the company plans to launch a new series of 60-second format TV commercials starting in this week in order to continue to educate borrowers on the H4H foreclosure prevention program. ‘Although the H4H program is very complicated, we believe it is about to gain significant momentum, and we are using this aggressive ad campaign to help struggling homeowners understand that there is a refinancing solution available to prevent foreclosure," says Michael Ashley, the company's chief business strategist.
