ISGN Construction Lending Solutions, a division of technology solutions firm ISGN Technologies Ltd., has signed an exclusive distribution and development agreement with Cocamar Inc., a Phoenix-based provider of cost analysis and risk mitigation services and consulting to the construction lending industry.
By combining Cocamar's capabilities with ISGN Construction Lending Solutions' services and software offerings, lenders now have greater control over their transactions, as well as the most sophisticated construction lending outsourcing available to their industry, the companies note.
Cocamar's suite of services includes site inspections, lien waiver review, project monitoring, plan and builder reviews, collateral consulting and appraisal management, while ISGN's Construction Lending Solutions' offerings include origination fulfillment options such as underwriting and project review, draw administration and fund control.
