ISGN Corp., a provider of technology solutions and services to the U.S. mortgage industry, has hired former Xerox executive Nancy Alley as its chief product officer. In this role, she will oversee ISGN's technology business unit, which includes all aspects of the mortgage life cycle – from loan origination to servicing and default management – as well as construction lending, settlement services and vendor management.
Alley most recently served as as vice president and general manager for Xerox Mortgage Services, provider of the BlitzDocs collaborative network. Previously, she founded her own company, SignOnline Inc., which provided e-signature and e-record technology for the mortgage industry. The company was later acquired by Wave Systems, where she stayed on for two years to lead product management.
Alley began her career with GE Capital's mortgage business, where she held a variety of roles spanning sales, product management and strategy.
