InterLinc Mortgage Services LLC, a full-service mortgage banking firm licensed in 16 states throughout the Midwest and the South, has added David Scheiderich as executive vice president and chief financial officer and Brennan Holland as executive vice president and general counsel.
In this role, Scheiderich will oversee the financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management of the company's accounting department and its servicing portfolio. Scheiderich, who has over 26 years of mortgage accounting and financial management experience, most recently served as the senior vice president and director of accounting for Houston-based Envoy Mortgage.
Holland will now oversee the company's legal, regulatory compliance and quality control teams and will provide legal and business guidance to the company's executive management team. Holland previously served as legal counsel for a number of prominent financial institutions.
