Waukesha, Wis.-based mortgage banker Inlanta Mortgage has recently obtained licensing in Kansas and says it is looking to add partner branches in the state.
‘From our continued growth and expansion into additional states, we are able to provide increasing opportunities for our mortgage professionals, partner branches and the customers they serve,’ says Joe Ramis, branch recruitment director at the company.
Inlanta Mortgage currently has partner branches in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota and Wisconsin. Beyond bringing on more partner branches in these states and developing a strong presence in Kansas, the company says it has plans for expansion into additional states in the future.
Inlanta Mortgage says its company structure allows for its partner branches to focus on originating loans and that the headquarters provides support in compliance, processing, technology, human resources, training, accounting, marketing, legal, in-house funding and underwriting.
