IndiSoft, a technology development firm that focuses on systems for the default services industry, has named Atul Shinde customer support manager. Shinde will provide technical and project support to IndiSoft's RxOffice clients.
Shinde brings to the position experience in the mortgage banking, mortgage insurance, energy and utility industries.
Prior to joining IndiSoft, he was a designer, developer and project manager at ITShastra India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, India. Shinde also worked with various U.K.-based clients as an associate system engineer with IBM India Pvt. Ltd. where he facilitated client communication for problem analysis and monitored software failures and updates for clients.
