Greystone, a New York-based provider of multifamily and healthcare mortgage loans, has opened a new office in Birmingham, Ala., to serve lending demand in the Southeast.
Under the guidance of Joe Mosley, executive vice president, origination and credit professionals including Vincent Langan, Carlton Watts and Allyn Pierson have joined the new office.
Langan joins as director, with 10 years of local real estate finance experience. He will focus on production across Greystone's finance platforms, including agency, bridge and proprietary lending. Previously, Langan was with Arbor Commercial Mortgage.
Watts and Pierson join the Birmingham office as deputy chief underwriter and underwriter, respectively, reporting to Charlie Baxter, senior managing director in Atlanta.
Both Watts and Pierson were previously with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital and bring a combined 26 years of credit experience to Greystone.
