With a focus on loss mitigation and real estate owned (REO) properties, IVS facilitates interior and exterior broker price opinions (BPOs) and appraisals, as well as offers property inspections. All of these products are offered on IVS' proprietary BPO management system, allowing clients full transparency of their BPOs and order status, the company says. IVS' client base includes companies that need a property value to make a foreclosure decision, evaluate a short-sale offer, determine a price to pay for a pool of loans that includes nonperforming assets, or to create an REO listing, the company explains.
