FundLoans.com, a mortgage lender focused on jumbo and non-qualified mortgage (non-QM) loans, is now using Comergence for oversight of its newly created wholesale channel.

The lender, which has operations in Florida and the Western U.S., is using the platform to perform due diligence of its third-party originators, as well as to monitor their activities.

By choosing Comergence, FundLoans.com will also be able to standardize its recruitment process, while having the added regulation benefits that the Comergence platform offers.

“Service is a critical part of our business philosophy and with expertise in specialized funding we need to have a process in place that can quickly get our brokers approved,” says Jon Maddux, CEO of FundLoans.com, in a release. “Giving them the ability to apply using the Comergence gold standard, falls in line with our service requirements.”
